FlexTraining Upgrades are provided via an annual plan whereby you
are shipped, at no cost, any new releases that are issued,
for a period of one year.
By purchasing Upgrades, you are insured a release of FlexTraining's
latest software. If you purchase Upgrades each year, the price of
Upgrades will be discounted compared to what you would pay for the
The benefit of buying Upgrades, and staying on the Upgrades track,
is that you save significantly each year. Once your maintenance
expires, you would have to repurchase the software to get the latest
version of FlexTraining.

Support & Upgrades are normally purchased together and are priced as follows:
For accounts hosted at FlexTraining: 25% of then-current software license fee
For accounts not hosted at FlexTraining: 30% of then-current software license fee
If Support & or Upgrades need to be purchased seperately, prices are as follows:
Upgrades Only: 15% of then-current software license fee
Support Only: For accounts hosted at FlexTraining: 10% of then-current software license fee
Support Only: For accounts not hosted at FlexTraining: 15% of then-current software license fee
